Each size and ratio of the worm gear is equipped with a separate special tool,finished by CNC hobbing machine.Especially the 12-2 tin bronze,the material is more expensive than aluminum bornze and more difficult to process.it has longer service life ,good abrasion resistance and high drive efficiency.

Worm shaft use High quality low-carbon alloy steel,via carburizing treatment and feet of grinding.

Our speed reducer input and output adopts:C&U Bearings,Skf Oil Seal from Sweden,Synthetic Oil.
